What we collect

Only the data you enter in the site's forms (quote, rental, driver programme, restoration, contact): first and last name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, details of the event, car or project, your message and any photos you attach. The site uses no profiling tools and no third-party analytics.

Purposes and legal basis

To answer your request and prepare a quote or offer (pre-contractual steps at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to meet legal obligations, such as tax rules, if a contract follows (Art. 6(1)(c)); to send you news and offers only if you ticked the optional consent box (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. Marketing consent is not needed to receive a quote.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for 24 months after the last contact and then deleted. Data linked to a contract is kept for 10 years, as the law requires for accounting records. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.

Processors

Technical providers appointed as processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and storage of attached photos), Neon Inc. (database, servers in Frankfurt, EU) and Resend (notification emails to the controller). Your data is never sold or passed on to anyone else.

Transfers outside the EU

Vercel and Resend are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards in Articles 44 et seq. GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

WhatsApp and social media

If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, your data is also processed by Meta under its own policy. The site only links to these services: no Meta content loads unless you open them.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to sgarofalo593@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country.
